This is a great product for reducing transplant shock and boosting vigor for annuals, vegetables and perennials.  I have found that lavender doesn’t care for it though!  It is a non-toxic vitamin solution containing vitamin B and kelp.  Mix 1/4 teaspoon of this liquid with 1 gallon of water.  Can be used for root feeding or as a foliar spray.  Excellent for promoting germination of seeds.  Available at Home Depot.
